MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Savoy Stewart’s management department offers a professional and efficient service, tailor made to meet the requirements of your particular property. We seek to build up a rapport and working relationship with tenants aimed at identifying potential difficulties at the earliest possible opportunity.

Rent Collection

We assume responsibility for punctual collection of rents, liaise regularly with our clients and ensure a swift transfer of funds.

Service Charges

Offering an extensive range of facilities management, including the provision of services and a full planned maintenance programme for common parts and structures. We prepare and administer service charge accounts incorporating collection of “on account” payments and prompt end of year reconciliations.

General

We will undertake all day-to-day management activities for your properties as well as dealing with assignments, service of notices and overall portfolio “performance”.

The properties managed are geographically widespread from Central London extending as far as Portsmouth in the South to Lancaster in the North of England.

The department is currently responsible for over 150 tenancies, including single shop units, neighbourhood shopping centres, single and multi-tenanted office buildings (with extensive common parts) and industrial units.

We provide an efficient and prompt response to all facility related matters meeting the demands of both landlord and tenant.

The additional aspects that Savoy Stewart can help you with are:-
