| 9 Jan 2009- RENTS SLASHED AS LANDLORDS TRY TO ATTRACT TENANTS With the affects of the credit crunch now taking full effect a number of landlords are now slashing their rents in order to attract tenants.
Some of the most noticable reductions are on properties such as the new Land Securities development in New Street Square London EC4 where asking rents have been reduced by almos 25%.
In Camden Town some rents have been reduced by as much as 50% such as the Savoy Stewart instruction on Kentish Town Road where the rent has been reduced to only £10 psf.
