INVESTMENT AQUISITION

Acting on behalf of a Bermuda Fund Savoy Stewart purchased a modern warehouse/office building of 42,000 sq ft in Fishponds Trading Estate, Bristol. The purchase was sale & leaseback by Sheffield Insulation Group who took a 25 year lease at rental of £277,500 pa. The purchase at £3.5m reflect a NIY of 7.5%.
