Savoy Stewart acting on behalf of a private UK investor have purchased a freehold interest of the Holiday Inn in Basidon, Essex. The freehold is subject to a 60 year occupational lease to Realstar Group of Canada the purchase price £3.270m that reflects of yield of 5.75%
